Rata Joinery: - We have developed our own workshop specifically to achieve accuracy and perfect results. Our CNC Router has the ability to cut a mortise within 0.01mm. Our tenoning machine has been fitted with 400kg pneumatic hold-down technology enabling tight and strong joints. This maintains a high degree of safety and job perfection.

CNC technology allows a perfectly rebated frame to ensure a proper weather proof seal when installing double glazing.	Exact mortise and tenoning proves for stronger, longer lasting joins. All our doors and windows are constructed using these techniques.	Gone is the chisel mortising machine. Enter computer numerically controlled mortising. Accurate to 0.01mm.
Double Glazing is installed into CNC rebated doors and windows. The accuracy ensures a perfect weather-proof fitting of DG units. The glass is installed using professional materials and techniques.	We needed to improve safety and accuracy along with the ability to tenon short lengths. A 400kg pneumatic hold-down clamping system was developed in-house for our tenoning machine.
